Classic movies, true stories of tinseltown. All about classic Hollywood.

Leah Williams from the fabulous blog Cary Grant Won't eat you and facebook site of the same name joins me again to discuss women who love too much in Classic Movies. There are SOOOOOO many but we each got to choose three. We had to be sure the other had watched them. It was so hard to choose only three and which three but we did it. We talk roles by Gene Tierney, Joan Crawford, Bette Davis, Irene Dunne and Rita Hayworth. It was lots of fun. I want to do another women who love to much and a men who love too much in classic films. There are lots of guys that have been mezmerized by screen dames that are not exactly women you bring home to mother. See if you agree with our choices..

Thanks so much to Leah. She is a very busy woman but she found th time to join me again.

Thanks to listeners. So appreciate it,,

Thanks mucho!! Lots of fun guests coming up...

I talked to Steve, a true lover of Classic movies. It was just two huge classic movie buffs yakking away. I enjoyed myself thoroughly. Steve knows his Kay Francis, who I also really love and we talked her movies. Some obscure but always worth a watch to see what fabulous frock Kay would be in. WE chatted a bit about a four time co star of Kays, Ricardo Cortez. Ricardo, real name Jacob Krantz was born in NYC to Austrian immigrants. Ricardo is Steves fave creep of precodes. Mine is Warren William. We also talked Steves top ten of his favorite actresses and bet me mine would not be the same. He was right. We had a couple of the same faves, he had one actress I had never heard of. All in all it was a fun chat with a fellow fan.

Thanks so much to Steve for coming on the show. I felt like we were old pals. I met him on my facebook page I am so happy to have him as a contributor. He always has some fascinating tidbit I never heard of. You can find him there and say hey.. He will also be back on the show. I loved him..

I talked to Karen from the fabulous blog Shadows and Satin. I've been a big fan of hers for a while so I was thrilled to have her on. She covers film noir and precode films. We talked about a couple you just can't miss precodes. We discussed ten movies she just doesn't get, meaning she understands the film but wonders why its a big deal. I agreed with a Loy of her choices. We also discussed the Turner Classic Movie Festival. I was so jealous. Next year if Im around I'm going..It was fun. Karen knows her stuff. Thanks so much for being a guest. I'd love you to come back on.

Mary and I had a great time chatting about Grace Kelly. The pictures in her book are fabulous. We discuss Grace's childhood where she was definitely not her fathers favorite. She set out to live life on her terms. She really was an amazing woman.

Thanks so much to Mary, you were a fun guest.
